MANILA – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will prevail over the archipelago due to low pressure area (LPA), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Sunday.

In its 5 a.m. forecast, PAGASA said the LPA will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and the Ilocos provinces.

It also warned the public against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds will blow all over the country while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The minimum temperature for the day is 24.8 Celsius while the maximum temperature is 32.0 Celsius, PAGASA said. (PNA)
